Afterwards they all went upstairs to visit Caitlyn Moltisanti's room where they found her awake happy & well after her 3 hour brain tumor surgery the day before. A.J. had brought Caitlyn a surprise gift. He gave her a Toy sized Yorkie puppy as a companion animal as company to comfort her & distract her from the seriousness of her health issues.  Caitlyn was absolutely thrilled after she looked to her "Jackie-O" mother's permission to have the puppy & she approved.
