As soon as Vito drove back across the George Washington Bridge from NYC over the Hudson River A.J. realizes that they had actually escaped Jersey venturing up to Yonkers. He had emptied his mind of Newark while refilling it full with Yonkers.

But reality came rushing back when he recieved a "Near or Far?" text from Susie. A.J. calls her:

"Hey Pretty-Q! What's up?" Susie wanted to tell him a Bobbi woman called & left a message on the office answering-machine.  She wanted him  to drop by her house because she had something else for him.

"OK Q!--We are back around so I will run by her place then." Susie informs him that she finished Junior's Obituary & hand delivered it to The JERSEY STAR Newspaper office for the Sunday morning  Obituaries Section. 

And the florist phoned notifying her that they will fill our 10K$ order for funeral flowers at St Lucy's Catholic Church on June 14th. "Good Girl--Youre the Greatest!" (CLICK.)


A.J. leaves Vito in the car parked in the alley driveway of Bobbi's Victorian House to find her back porch door open. A.J. knocks on the wooden screen door before entering & calls out:

 

" ANYBODY HOME?--BOBBI? ARE YOU HOME?--IT'S ANTHONY." Echoing through the hollow cavernous house with tall plaster walls & high ceilings. But there was no response.

Then A.J. entered the dining room where he finds two suitcases under the table with an open brief-case & a hand written suicide letter signed:Roberta.

After reading the concise matter of fact suicide  letter A.J. carried it as he turned the corner down the hall to find her laying peacefully dead in her bed with her beautiful flowing blonde hair enshiring her relaxed face & closed eyes.

Bobbi laid in her plush queen-size bed with a canopy enclosure wearing only a sheer black robe with a belt around her left upper arm & three empty syringes. With a sizable rock of cocaine & a chunk of smack on the bed-stand to suggest she had overdosed shooting "Speed-Balls."

A.J. leans over & brushes her loose hair away from her face to kiss her on the forehead before removing the belt with her teeth marks from around her arm & pulled the bed sheet up over her head.

A.J. walks out the back porch door to wave for Vito to come as he calls Hymie Hyle. Vito follows A J. back into the house where he finds his brother going through the refrigerator & talking to Hymie. A.J. covers his cellphone's ear-bud's microphone to point & tells him "In the dining room--letter on the table.

Vito finds & reads the suicide letter & carried the letter into the kitchen when A.J. hangs up. 

"Are you hungry brother?--

I'm fucking starving!"
