A.J. sighed: "Hell'va Fucking Day--Christ." Exiting the hospital lobby's front entrance doors to light  the cigarette dangling from between his lips as he lowers his sunglasses.

A.J. spots Vito's idling parked car with Tommy & Robbie sitting in the back seat waiting for him. But he crosses paths with Kramer & Kramer coming as he was leaving before he reached his get-away car!

Then Corbin suggested that Courtney go inside ahead of him to get out of the heat to get on with the tedioustask & process of retrieving the mwdical records & reports while he finished speaking with Anthony.  Reluctantly she obeys sticking out her tongue to them.
