DR JENNIFER MELFI WYCOTT MENTAL WARD MONTCLAIR NJ  XXV AJ meets Jason Melfi to visit his mother Dr Jennifer Melfi at the Wycott Mental Ward in Montclair NJ  after suffering a nervous breakdown.  She had been there since early June after learning her rapest would be released from prison having served jail-time for several sexual offenses he committed after his attack upon her a decade before. A.J. entered the Quiet Room alone to find Jennifer Melfi laying under a spotlighted as a Mental Ward Hospital patient with her wrist & ankles bound by the bed restraints. A.J. left out the back side-door as the Capos' five hour poker games were beginning at noontime in the funeral home basement. Jumping into his car A.J. digs for a red-pack cigarette pack inside his suit jacket w/his left hand while turning the key ignition to start his rental car.  A.J. needed to take a break away from all the drama to catch his breath & he also wanted to go visit Geno at the hospital during the day; Instead of having to do so in the evening after the Wake for Deanne's public showing finished up at the funeral home. (CONTINUED) XXIII Shortly after A.J. & Vito arrived early at Hyles Funeral Home in East Orange for Deanne Pontecorvo's Funeral others came filing into the office to pay Tributes to their Don Anthony John Soprano Jr.  Coco entered alone first to give A.J. a modest envelope for Robbie & his younger sister Alexandria.  Coco asked about Geno & Compagino recovering in the hospital after surviving a drive-by shooting out on the freeway days earlier. A.J. informed Coco that Geno was out of the woods but would have a long recovery ahead of him. Compagino only substained minor injuries & had been released from the hospital yesterday.  He was expected to attend the Wake & come w/Carlo. Then A.J. asked Coco to do him a Favor.
