Matty Orlando walks up on "Molly" Morgan Alabaster sitting inside an old broken Telephone Booth hanging his head of long greasy white hair covering his face wearing a completely white dress suit with a short burnt out cigarette wedged between his pale amber stained fingers.
"MOLLY--MOLLY! ARE YOU OK?!"
"WAKE UP."
Molly opens one eye:
"I Am--Awake. Now. Thank You."
"GODDAMN YOU MOLLY!"
Matty Orlando puts her hands on her hips.
"You scared the fuck out of me Molly!"
"Well you are starting to scare me alittle bit Matty Orlando!"
Molly runs his dirty fingers through his greasy white albino hair & adjusted his tinted glasses
"I was just sitting here in the sun smoking a cigarette & must of drifted off."

"When's the last time you had a hot meal & hot shower?!"
Molly shrugs his slumping shoulders while he is preoccupied searching for an empty cigarette pack he crushes in his unsteady hand.
"Give me a Blower Matty--I know you have one!"
Matty gives him a glaring grin as she digs out an open pack from her bookbag to take one out to light in front of him.
"Here."--Matty hands Molly the remaining cigarette pack. (KEEP EM)
"THANKS MATILDA!--How about a light too?!"
Molly laughs popping one into his mouth as he quickly stashes the gift pack into the inside of his dirty white jacket pocket.
"NO."--(NO?) "NO.--Not until you agree to come home with me and let me feed you."
"MATTY--COME ON?!"
Matty dangles the lighter in his face as he digs through his pockets but only finds an empty paper-match pack.
"Just say "YES." Molly."
"OK--OK. I CAN." (CAN?)
"YES. I will go Home with you Matty. (GOOD!)
"NOW GIVE ME THAT LIGHTER YOU!" Molly insisted holding out one shaky hand.
"Sure Molly--Here."
& Matty gave him the lighter in one hand as she grabs his other hand to hold while leading him away from Mott Street to her Little Italy upstairs attic apartment building to feed her longtime street friend.
Matty O ordered 3 large pizzas to be delivered. Two up stairs for them & one delivered downstairs to Nanna Maye.
To insure there would be enough cold pizza to go around the following morning--Especially if she can persuade Molly to bath & spend the night there with her?!)
Then Sammy the Rat appeared from taking a late day nap to see Matty had a stranger visiting her. He was all white like Sammy with long hair and red eyes hiddened behind tinted lens glasses.
Matty introduces Sammy to Molly as Mister White--"WHITEY" not knowing Sammy's Lab-given name.
After eating & getting their fill of the hot loaded pizzas Matty draws Molly a hot batch for him to soak in while she took his dirty white suit clothes to the washer machine & dumped in the bleach.
Then Matty got comfortable undressing & wearing a dark cranberry silk robe to pur herself a glass of wine and smoke a cigarette while Molly took his bath in leisure.
Molly asked Matty where she got her new pet roommate & Matty explained to him how she came across him down by the river being cornered by other sizable dark rats but not as large as Sammy.
When Matty approached the conflict amongst the rodents all of the dark feral rats skirmish away except for "Whitey" the white Rat run up appearing to be tame to her.
Molly pointed out the notch taken from Sammy's left ear: "He's labeled a "Man-Biter"!
Molly told Matty that he was a lab rat that must of escaped before being euthanized?
"How do you know all this Morgan?" Matty held Sammy tightly.
"Let's just say--I know. & Leave it at that. I would suspect there would be a Reward for his return?" (Reward?!--I don't want some fucking Reward.)
"Suit yourself Matty. But this White Rat belongs in a Laboratory." (WHY?!--SO THEY CAN EXECUTE HIM?)
"It's not like that Matty." (Don't feed me your shit Molly!)
"Im not Matilda!--I'm just saying: This white rat is the property of a Laboratory & therefore it is their responsibility to the public to account for it." (WHY do you keep calling him an it?!)
"That what it is! You don't know what testing this Lab Rat has been exposed to inside the White-World."
