Vito had used AJ's cellphone to call KRAMER & KRAMER LAW TEAM: Identical Twins; Corbin & Courtney Kramer who were out golfing ritually  together on Summer Sundays & especially with Autumn quickly approaching with it's First "Killer Frost".

Corbin answered the call seeing AJ's cellphone number using speaker mode so his sister/Law Partner Courtney could overhear the conversation:

"YES.  MR SOPRANO!--HOW CAN WE BE A SERVICE TO YOU--TOMORROW." Corbin half laughs grinning at his sister as she wipes off her driver golf club.

"CORBIN--THIS IS VITO SOPRANO"--AJ's younger brother. Corbin takes it off speaker mode to share a set of ear-buds with Courtney.

"Yes. Vito. We know who you are. What's Wrong?!"

"AJ was shot earlier multiple times in the back shielding our cousin Tommy from a drive-by shooter's cross fire." Vito can hear Courtney gasp & Corbin swallowing hard.

"Where is He now?!"

"He's in the ER Operating Room at Mount Sinai Hospital...He's been in there over three hours now. I need you to represent & speak on AJ behalf  with the Cops whenever if they show up?!"

"OK.--Most importantly, AJ is still alive--We are on our way right now Vito.  Thank you for calling us!"  (CLICK)

Corbin & Courtney Kramer showed up within the fourth hour still wearing their causal golfing attire coming directly off the coarse driving a golf cart out to the parking lot to unload their clubs to deploy across the Hudson River from Newark to the NYC "Museum Mile" north up to 100th Street.

They went to a corner in the hospital cafeteria to fill out a signed witness affidavit to retain their services as AJ's legal advocate with the law & any possible media cover. Although the idea was to fly below the radar as long as possible. 

Vito’s signed witness affidavit stated that They/ He & AJ  only were together &  using a PUBLIC restroom facility in Central Park before gun fire broke out from a drive-by shooter catching AJ in the cross fire running for the cover of their rental car.

Vito stated the drve-by shooter car was an older model four door sedan blue paint.  Vito never seen the shooter nor the vehicle plate numbers.

No reason to complicate eeverythingby involving others with a legal investigation while AJ is fighting for his life. If Vito names everyone inside that limo the Cops would question each one of them AND then want to see inside the limo too.

Vito reduces all the variables down to only his word/account of the shooting. And purposely removing them from the Empire State Building scene.

If the LAW was looking for a limousine from traffic cameras around ESB then Vito removed them from that car model and location with his signed affidavit.

Meadow reappears downstairs on the Casino floor where she located their party's tables after an afternoon reconnecting & hooking up with Patrick Parisi for a second time in two months.

Since they had initially hooked-up for some quick backseat car sex in broad daylight at "High-Noon" earlier that Summer.

Meadow overheard Carmela & Aunt Barbara talking as she approached them sitting at a crowded table with their backs to her.

Barbara watched as Meadow stood beside her mother Carmela while digging in her CLEO Hand-purse for her dead cellphone:
