CORRADO JOHN SOPRANO JR
CORRADO JOHN SOPRANO JR
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Corrado John Soprano Jr, who peacefully left this world on June 7, 2017. Born in 1927, Corrado was a beloved uncle & great-uncle of surviving family members, and friend to many.
Corrado "Uncle June" Soprano was proceeded in death by both parents Corrado and Mariangela D'Agostino Soprano two younger brothers John "Johnny Boy" & Ercoles Soprano. As a sister-in-law Livia (Pollio) Soprano.
Also two nephews Anthony John Soprano and Robert Baccalieri Jr.
"Uncle June" was survived by three nieces Janice (Soprano) Baccalieri Barbara (Soprano) Giglione & Carmela (DeAngelis) Soprano with seven great-nephews and great-nieces.
Corrado will be remembered for his kind heart, quick wit, and unwavering love for his family. He was a pillar of strength and support, always there to lend a helping hand or offer words of wisdom. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Corrado retired in 1982 from The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, commonly known as the United Association (UA)
A private closed casket showing will be held for family members at St. Lucy Cathedral in "Little Italy" in Newark New Jersey on June 14, 2017, followed by a burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Corrado's memory.
Corrado John Soprano Jr may have left this world, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Rest in peace, dear Corrado. You will never be forgotten.
