After meeting his real estate agent Julianna Skiff Wednesday morning they viewed two potential properties of AJ.'s interest that were available.

One being a residential property: A four story four unit riverfront condo with docks & boathouse beside the golf coarse in Bayonne NJ.
For 800K$.

4 Story / 4 Unit
Riverfront Condo

Secondly was an industrial zoned property: An old & abandoned warehouse depot with 10 loading bays & 3 story levels high. There was only a broken down fork-lift which was spray-painted with graffiti as the rest of the walls inside the empty warehouse.

The war-time warehouse depot was inside an enfenced 100 acre Compound Lot with a guard-house stationed inside the swing gates. The railroad would transport military vehicles to be unloaded & parked inside the fenced staging area awaiting further deployment overseas.

The price was amazingly only 200K$. 100K$ for back land taxes & 100 acres of land at 1K$ each. with the empty warehouse included at no extra cost.

A.J. silently considered both properties without revealing to Julianna whether he was interested in either or not.

A.J. leads Julianna following behind him downtown to the Vacant Out of Business Lawyer's Office building & warehouse on the corner of Mulberry St & Elm St around the block from the City Jail.

They parked their vehicles together in an alley lot behind the building to enter the back-door entrance. The entire building had been emptied & swept clean of any evidence of the prior occupant.

A.J. walks Julianna through the quiet emptiness of the hollow warehouse of long  deep shadows until they came to a single door that leads them to a small corridor with four separate large-spaced offices.

A.J. asked Julianna: "What is your annual salary before commissions at your current employment?"
"Isn't that a bit invasive Mr. Soprano?!" Julianna teased. "80K$ & 10% Sales Commission. --Why?!"

A.J. began: "I would like to offer you a Position..."

Julianna interupts A.J. before he could finish by making playful & flirting suggestions: "Position?!--What like Missionary?! Doggy-Style?! or Cow-Girl?!"

Julianna laughs as she crosses her arms saying: "You have my Attention Mr. Soprano--I'm listening!"

"I want to employ you to open a new property agency here in the empty office space. I will have the last office in the back & I am also going to start a Bondsman business in the street-front office & the second office for interviews & conferences. You can have the third office & come & go as you please. You can also use a garage door bay to park inside for your own privacy or to escape from any foul weather." (REALLY?!)

"I will pay you 100K$ annually & pay you 20% Commissions. But I will require you to deduct you're own taxes & repay me 20% of your commissions."

"When do I start Boss?!" Julianna holds out her hand to shake with him.

A.J. warmly smiles to clasp her hand & answered: "As soon as you will be available for full time employment--But please never call me that again!--(That?) Dont call me Boss. Call me A.J. or Anthony."

"OK Anthony--How about Monday?!" Julianna proposed.
"That sounds perfect! I will meet you back here Monday morning--At 8 or 9?!" A.J. asked as his cellphone vibrated in his dress-jacket pocket.

"7:30?!" Julianna answered.

"Good Girl--7 it is. Then A.J. digs his phone out to see that it was a call from his Aunt Barbara.

Holding up his hand to ask Julianna to excuse him to take the call as he departs from her going back out into the empty warehouse saying:"Look Around!"

"Yes Aunt Barbara?!"

"I apologize for troubling you A.J.--But...."
A.J. interupts her: "No apologizes--You can call me anytime for anything!--Do you need me to pick up a gallon of milk for you?!" A.J. teased.

"Oh No--Thank-you Anthony.  But Caitlyn is missing from the hospital!" Barbara calmly informed her nephew.

"OK?!--How So?!" A.J. sensed the seriousness in his Aunt's tone.

"Last evening as you know Tommy took the Girls & I to visit Caitlyn at the hospital. (Yes?!) So we leave & the Girls go home to tell their mother about their new cousin & her new niece. So Janice had to go visit Caitlyn herself first thing this morning." (And?!)

"And Caitlyn wasn't in her room. The nurse desk told Janice that Caitlyn's mother Kelli fell down the staircase & seriously injuried herself. She had to be transported to another hospital because St Jude's is a Children's Hospital."

"Where?!" A.J. patiently asked listening.

"Janice believes she was transported back across the river to Newark Hospital. But Caitlyn disappeared from her hospital room & left her new puppy behind."

"OK.  Tell me--Was there anyone else visiting Caitlyn when you were there?!"

"No. Just her mother & her grandmother Joanne Moltisanti arrived shortly before we were leaving. & Caitlyn was so excited to introduce us to Joanne as her new Aunt & cousins.'

"Alright. --Thank-you for calling Aunt Barb. I am sure there must be a simple explanation.  I will look into it immediately!  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you learn anything new!"

"I will A.J.--I will." (CLICK)--A.J. hangs up & speed-dials Vito instructing him to come & meet him at Parkside Court Apartments--PRONTO!"

A.J. instructs Vito wait behind the corner to cover him as he entered Joanne Moltisanti's apartment's unlocked front door.

JOANNE MOLTISANTI

DISTRAUGHT & DRUNKEN
GRANDMOTHER

"Don't take another step or I will blow your brains out!" Joanne informs A.J. as she stood aiming a long barrel revolver at his head.

A.J. lifts up both hands to appear unarmed to tell the distraughted grandmother: "Take it Easy Joanne."

"Your father Anthony was the Devil--Diablo himself. He took my nephew Tony's life. He took our Adrianna life. He took my only sons Christopher's life. And Now?! He comes to take my only grandchild Caitlyn away from me from beyond the grave?"

"No.--There was a Mistake Joanne.  (Mistake?) Yes. A Mistake. The blood-test results were wrong." A.J. lies to distract her for an instant. Just long enough for her to question & contemplate what he said so he could grasp the long pistol barrel & twist it free from her relaxed grip with his left hand. As he lunged forward to grab her around the throat with his strong right hand & slamming her up against the wall lifting her feet off the floor before she could fire the gun at him.

"All of you Blundetto witches are crazy bitches!" A .J. hissed as he squeezed down on her throat with his face inches away from her heavy wine laced breath.

"If you have hurt or harmed my little sister in any way? I will fucking skin you alive & burn you to death at the stake like the Evil Witch you are!"

Then A.J. called: "VITO" who steps inside from around the corner outside of the open apartment door.
Blindly handing the pistol off behind him to his brother that he still held by the barrel in his left hand:
"Cover her Vito--And shoot the Bitch if she makes a move!"

A.J. growls as he releases the death-hold he had on her throat. Joanne slides down the wall unto the floor coughing & gagging attempting to catch her breath.

A.J. yells out "Caitlyn" twice & heard her responding from a locked bedroom down the hallway. A.J. instructs Caitlyn to stand away from the door as he kicked it in to rescue their little sister from being abducted by her crazy grandmother.

Joanne Moltisanti became distraught at the hospital when she learned that her only granddaughter was actually a Soprano & not her late son Christopher's child.

So Joanne lured Kelli from the hospital room to go down to the cafeteria after Barbara & the Girls left their visit to Caitlyn's room. Then Joanne suggested they take the stairs down instead of waiting forever on the elevator.

But as Kelli entered the steep deep stairwell Joanne shoved Kelli "VAI ALL'INFERNO-- PUTTANA!"  in the middle of the back to tumble all the way down the stairs to the next landing between the hospital floors.

Then Joanne returned to Caitlyn's room to wrap her up in a blanket to leave pushing her out of the hospital  in a wheelchair to her car in the underground parking lot to abduct her granddaughter from the premises.

A.J. carries Caitlyn out of the bedroom appearing visually to be unharmed & hands her off to Vito while taking the hand-gun back from him.

Caitlyn wraps her arms around each of her big brothers' thick necks to hug & kiss them. Thanking them for coming to her rescue from her mean drunken grandmother.

A.J. instructs Vito to take Caitlyn out to his car & buckle her into the seat-belt as he took out a hankerchief to wipe the finger-prints from the revolver.

A.J. turns to Joanne who remained sitting on the floor crying with her hands covering her face. Holding up the clean gun in his hankerchief A.J. said: "I should fucking kill you for what you have done Joanne--But I won't!"

Laying the hand-gun down on the table-stand still loaded: "I rather see you punished & sentenced to prison for abduction & attempted murder."

Then A.J. simplely walked out closing the apartment door behind him. But before he can reach his parked car & Caitlyn A.J. can hear the faint sound of a single bullet shot fired from inside the apartment behind him.

With a smile of satisfaction & relief A.J. tells Vito to go to Newark Hospital & run Rhonda their nurse friend down to see if Kelli Moltisanti had been admitted there. A.J. will take Caitlyn to Bellville to stay with their Aunt Barbara until everything could be sorted out.

"I still have to meet Meadow later to attend that goddamn political fund-raiser dinner at Honeywell's mansion in West Orange with Corbin & Courtney Kramer this evening--Christ!"

"ENJOY YOURSELVES!" Vito sheepishly grins with a laugh. (FUCK YOU VITO!) A J. laughes slapping his little brother on the shoulder through his open driver's door window as he digs for his red-pack cigarettes & a lighter.

"Thanks Vito!--I will meet you at the hospital as soon as I can" A.J. runs his fingers through his greasy hair while inhaling his lit cigarette deeply.
