DEANNE PONTECORVO

(MOB WIDOW)

XI

A.J. took Jack Black's old car from the machine shop warehouse garage to go pay Jack's sister Deanne Pontecorvo an unannounced afternoon visit at her house.

Turning off the neighborhood street into the drive way to park while wearing sunglasses & black latex gloves to avoid leaving his finger prints behind on the steering wheel or door handles.

A.J. walks straight way inside the house without knocking on the unlocked door.

"JACK BLACK! IS THAT YOU?! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN HIDING?!--JACK?! SAY SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF!" Deanne yelled from the dining room table where she had just opened a second bottle of wine to refill her glass when A.J. stepped out from around the corner.

"OH--It's You?! Where's Jack?--That's his car isn't it." Deanne gasped peering away from him rolling her glassy red eyes. (Yea.--That's Jack's car?!)

"So where's Jack at then?!" Deanne slurring asking taking a drink from her swirling wine glass.

"That's why I came here to ask you if you have seen him." (NO.--I'm not my brother's keeper. I haven't seen him & neither has our sister Belinda. She's been continously calling & asking me if I've seen him day & night."

DEANNE PONTECORVO

(MOB WIDOW)

A.J. steps forward to approach her. "What else can I tell you "Don Anthony John" ?! I hope you haven't come to give me another fat envelope of your bloody Mob money hand-outs?!

I still all three of your charity envelopes in my pocket-book! I haven't spent a goddamn dollar of it!'

A.J. steps up closer removing a roll of gray duct tape out of a zip-locked baggie from his jacket pocket to cease her.  Deanne attempts to throw wine in his face but he steps aside clutching her left wrist to twist it behind her back & bents her forward over the dining room table.

"What in the Hell are you doing young man?!" Deanne resisted him as A.J. grabs her other arm to duct-tape her wrist together behind her back.

"WHAT?!--WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?--RAPE ME?!" Deanne questioned w/big eyes.

A.J. laughes as he takes a fistful of her hair to stand Deanne up to sit her back down in her chair to inform her:

ROMEO BASALE

(DEAD BONDSMAN)

"I wouldn't fuck your rotten hag-ass w/your dead fat Bondsman Romeo's little dirty dick!" (I'm not sucking you off either) Deanne glared at A.J.'s apparent arousel bulging from his crotch in her face.

Then A.J. rips off a strip of duct-tape to shut her up covering her mouth.

A.J. then dumps her pocket-book out on the table of its contains. He takes the three unspent envelopes of widow payments from him to secure inside his jacket pocket.

A.J. picks out the new medicine bottle refills of nerve & pain pills & empties each of them into the zip-lock baggy he used to carry the duct-tape to take & stash on his person.

Next he removes a sharp utility razor blade knife to cut a slit in the duct-tape covering her mouth. Then he dumps a bottle of sleeping pills into her mouth through the tape slit before uncorking & tipping the remains of the second wine bottle in the tape-hole to assist washing the pills down her throat.

"Just so you know Deanne? Your Jack isn't coming home--he's not coming to rescue you from me either." A.J. whispers in her ear.

"But you will see your big brother again soon enough--In Fucking Hell! You see Deanne he's dead.--& You killed him! Just like you arranged my Oldman's murder & had my father killed by your brother--You wretched crone."

Then A.J. snatches Deanne up to her staggering feet by her disheveled head of big hair to drag her out of the house through the kitchen door into the empty connected high ceiling garage w/the two empty wine bottles that he smashed on the smooth concrete finished floor.

A.J. grabs a long orange heavy-duty extention-cord & a tall step-ladder to set-up in the middle of the garage.

First he ties a Hangman Noose w/one end then he climbs up the ladder to toss the other end up over the high roof rafter-tress beam to dangle about 7 foot above the floor.

A.J. clicks photographs of Deanne laying on the floor of broken wine bottles at the foot of the step-ladder & the hanging extention-cord before he sets his cellphone up to video-record.

Then A.J. stands her to her drunken feet & pushes her up two steps onthe step-ladder so he loop the noose & tighten around her neck to finish climbing higher w/her hands still taped behind her back.  Before leaving Deanne atop the wobbling ladder to climb down & step away to watch & wait.

Until the rocking tall step-ladder began shaking violently as Deanne was loosing her drunken balance. When the step-ladder twisted & fell over sideways onto the floor w/a loud "BANG" to catapult Deanne's body from it backwards to free-fall silently downward to "SNAP" her neck at the instant the orange extention-cord  reached the end of its length leaving her kicking feet hanging a foot off the floor.

A.J. retrieves his cellphone to click a couple more photos of her swinging "Lifeless Dead" body before tossing the unused roll of duct-tape onto the floor below her while causally leaving himself out of the house & locking the door shut behind him saying:

"Now that was some "Poetic Justice"--Implying that for Deanne to die killing herself in the same-like manner as she drove her late husband Eugene to commit suicide by hanging himself in the basement of the same house over a decade before.

(Later that Night--Late)

Robbie picked Alle up from visiting Francesca at Dumbo Hotel on his way back home to Jersey.  Alexandra crawled into the backseat to lay down while Robbie drove then over the Hudson River bridge to the Jersey Shores.

ROBERTO "APOLLO" PONTECORVO

DIMEO CRIME FAMILY
SOLDIER

Robbie reaches up to push the overhead garage-door opener remote button as he pulled into the driveway off their neighborhood street & yells at Alle:

"WAKE UP ALLE--WE ARE HOME!" Then he peers up at the rear-view mirror into the backseat looking to see her response.

"Come on Alle--We're Home. I'm not going to carry you inside! I will leave you sleeping in the garage!" When he hears her stirring. "Are you awake?!"

ALEXANDRIA "ALLE" PONTECORVO

"YES YES YES--I'M AWAKE! HOW COULDN'T I BE? Why do you have to be so mean to me?!" She asked her big broher raising her sleepy head up from behind the back of the front seat.

"JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!"

(WHAT?--WHAT IS IT?)

"LOOK GODDAMN IT!"

Alle pointed.

"OH FUCK ALLE--ITS MOM!"

Robbie said erupting into a fury & slamming down on the top of  steering-wheel in hard rapid succession w/both fist clutched.

"HIT THE BUTTON ROB!--PUT THE FUCKING GARAGE DOOR BACK DOWN!"

Alle insisted as she pushed herself up from the back-seat to reach over the back of the front-seat to push the remote control button mounted above on the driver's sun-visor to slowly lower the garage door back down herself.
